Once an intruder has entered your site and been detected by CCTV cameras, your alarm system will activate. Following an alarm activation, our operators will be notified and a connection to your site can be made. The images from your CCTV cameras are sent to our control centre, where our operators can track the activity of the intruders.

Our operators have the ability to issue a verbal warning to the intruder, informing them that they’re being monitored and need to leave the site immediately. If the intruders continue to stay on-site, our operators will analyse the threat and follow the agreed response plan procedure.

Response plans can vary for different companies, however, it’s likely that our operators will update keyholders of the activity at their site and can contact the police if criminal activity is taking place.
